"They know you by your name," says Murray, explaining why he likes Sun Valley RV. 

After he and his wife Brunetta started out with a trailer from Sun Valley, they described the staff as, "sincere and helpful," and he adds, "they went way beyond anything you would expect when buying an RV."

As a new RVer, Murray had lots of questions about his new purchase. After years of tips from Sun Valley RV, he says the people there are "very, very patient and excellent to deal with."

A couple years later, Murray was thinking about retirement. He wanted a motorhome to go down to the States. After talking with Andy M. at Sun Valley, Murray was impressed with the fair trade-in they offered him.

Today Murray and Brunetta are the proud owners of a 2006 Triple E Embassy Motorhome. Murray sums up Sun Valley by saying, "I always come out feeling better than when I came in."

"Down Sizing"

"We felt right at home," says Miriam about Sun Valley RV. She goes on to say "it was the environment and the people that made the difference."
"Approachable and easy to talk to," is how Ron and Miriam described working with Andy M. The couple was interested in a quality travel van for simple and easy camping. They chose TripleE/Leisure because of their solid reputation and great quality. "The Triple E van was better - all the hook-ups were easy," said Miriam.  Andy offered a fair trade-in on a new Triple E Libero travel van that was custom made for them. After Ron and Miriam got the van, Sun Valley was "very thorough about helping us figure out how to operate everything."   The whole experience left Miriam saying, "Sun Valley is very helpful - they will take care of you."

"Back at it"

"We had a camper back in the 1970s, but things have changed so much," says Renald Parent. He explains how Andy M. was great help to them in understanding all the new options available, as Renald and his wife wanted to get back into RVing.

"They were excellent to deal with - Andy was very positive. He explains things very well and knows his product," says Renald.

The staff at Sun Valley RV was comforting, especially compared to other dealerships, "Sometimes we knew more than the other dealers," explains Renald.

After buying their Leisure Van, they went back to Sun Valley to install a hitch system. "It was very positive at the shop. They're good at their job - very professional." 

Overall the happy couple say Sun Valley RV was "a totally positive experience."
